TimeFlow Online time clock software will let you automate the time tracking and payroll process for managers and human resource departments of your company. It will help collecting, calculating, and reporting employee work hours from one or many locations. It will eliminate the time and frustration used to calculate employee work hours. This application being cloud based can be used by organizations distributed geographically quite easily. The program makes it possible for employees to request sick leave, holiday, and vacation off days. The requests are routed to administrators/managers and they are able to approve or disapprove and the application will take such time into account. With a database holding all the data, you could go back and look at a lot of data when necessary. The interaction required, is so few that there is no need to train employees. They should be able to start using the tool right away.
The punching in process is as simple as typing or choosing a username from a dropdown list, when the current time is automatically recorded. Even though you may not have a dedicated network linking all your business locations, you are able to get all the data at one processing location with employees punching in from different locations. All the resources that the time punching machines require are a simple machine with a browser. Reporting is flexible; you could get timesheet details, summary timesheets, employee status report, off day records, etc. Payroll times could be customised to any of the period; weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, monthly or anything you define.
